These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by 9FOS, a brand owned and operated by MOV Investments Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any 9FOS program, including the Founder “Off-Switch” Reset, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our programs.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

The information you provide is accurate

You are purchasing for business or professional development purposes

2. Program Description

The Founder “Off-Switch” Reset is a four-week cohort-based execution program.

It includes, but is not limited to:

Live calls

Digital resources

Access to tools and AI frameworks

Community participation

We reserve the right to modify program structure, scheduling, or materials as needed to maintain program quality.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue growth, business outcomes, or personal performance improvements.

Any examples or references to outcomes are illustrative and not promises.

Your results depend on:

Your effort

Your consistency

Your business context

External market factors

You are responsible for implementing what you learn.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a conditional refund for the Founder “Off-Switch” Reset.

To qualify, you must:

Follow the structure for four full weeks

Attend required live calls (or complete approved replays if allowed)

Complete at least three Big Weekly Wins

Make a good-faith effort to implement the system

If you meet these conditions and believe the program did not move your business forward, you may request a refund within 7 days of program completion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

Failure to meet the participation requirements voids refund eligibility.

5. Case Study Bonus

If you qualify for the case study bonus:

You must complete the program

Submit a video testimonial within the specified timeframe

Attend all required live calls

Bonuses are discretionary and subject to verification of completion.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

You agree to:

Provide accurate billing information

Pay the full amount listed at checkout

Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Collection action if necessary

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within 9FOS programs are the intellectual property of MOV Investments Group LLC.

This includes:

Frameworks

Naming conventions

Tools

Worksheets

Systems

AI prompts

Recordings

Written materials

You may not:

Reproduce

Distribute

Sell

Share

Repurpose

any materials without written permission.

Program access is licensed to you individually and may not be transferred.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

You may not share:

Private discussions

Participant information

Screenshots

Internal materials

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove participants who:

Engage in harassment

Disrupt the program

Act in bad faith

Violate community standards

Removal for conduct violations voids refund eligibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MOV Investments Group LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Loss of profits

Business interruption

Data loss

Personal or business decisions made as a result of the program

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

11. No Professional Advice

Nothing within 9FOS programs constitutes:

Legal advice

Financial advice

Tax advice

Medical advice

You should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, you agree to:

Attempt good-faith resolution

We reserve the right to pursue binding arbitration where applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The most current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
